EVERGLOW WRAP (CASCADE)

Everglow Wrap : This is a one sided "glow in the dark" hackle. It is a combination of UV Fibers and Luminescent Materials. Great for hackling early morning and late evening. Picture shown taken with a black light. Approximately a 1 1/2 yard package. Made in the U.S.A.
